A Side Tables Project 0.2
Thalis Nicolaou Studio in collaboration with Threading Stories present the new collection of functional objects, ELEPHAN-T and WOODWORM. The concept of a non intrusive process of joining parts together with the purpose of staying honest to the materiality of the parts that compose them. Threading stories is a platform which challenges international crafts, with the exploration of textiles and ceramics. It acts as a resource site, an educational space and a shop presenting artworks.
The exhibition is separated into 2 sections. One where the refined iteration of the ELEPHAN-T side table and WOODWORM console designs are showcased and another where one can take a close look at the different iterations, hands on design processes and making techniques that lead to the refinement and production of the final product.
